The Gunild Keetman Scholarship

Orff Canada offers The Gunild Keetman Scholarship in the spring of each year. The scholarships are available for all approved Orff Schulwerk courses offered in Canada, summer and winter.

This scholarship is named in honour of Gunild Keetman (1904-1990) as a tribute to her work as a collaborator with Carl Orff and her work as a selfless humanitarian.

Applicants must be members in good standing of Carl Orff Canada and have successfully completed a Level I Orff course. Application forms are available on-line on the Orff Canada website and included in the January issue of Ostinato.

The application deadline is April 15.

We are joined by our belief that learning about music - learning to sing and play, to hear and understand, to move and create - should be an active and joyful experience.
